Wellness starts with a single breath.

  • Scenic landscape of rolling green hills in the foreground with rugged mountains in the background, illuminated by a soft, warm light.

Love your body. Love your Mind. Love your wellness.

Training that works with your body, not against it.

Feel empowered from the inside out.

Welcome to Your Wellness Journey

At Oz Wellness, we believe true health starts from within.

At Oz Wellness, we believe true health starts from within—but is built through how you move, breathe, and recover each day.

Oz Wellness provides corporate wellness and breathwork events, a structured Rest & Recovery Lab experience, and personalized 1:1 coaching within the SALT Health gym environment—designed to help individuals and teams reduce stress, improve focus, and perform at a higher level.

We support these outcomes through VO₂ Max and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing, science-backed breathwork, and functional fitness training—combining data, movement, and nervous system regulation into a personalized, results-driven approach.

Our training philosophy focuses on functional movement, balance, posture, mobility, and proprioception—helping you build a body that performs well in real life, not just in the gym.

Through 1:1 coaching, small group sessions, and team-based experiences, Oz Wellness helps you move better, recover faster, regulate your nervous system, and build long-term health with clarity and intention.

Led by Lance Drinkard, our approach blends breath work, mindful movement, and strength training designed for individuals who want to feel grounded, capable, and connected to their core selves again.
