It builds strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and stamina through natural movement patterns like squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, rotating, and carrying. The goal is resilient joints, efficient mechanics, and real-world power that transfers to training and daily life—so you move with confidence, recover better, and stay durable for decades.
Lance offers personalised training plans, rooted in Functional Fitness – designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live life more fully. Whether you’re preparing for an active vacation, engaging more easily with family activities, or building strength for outdoor hobbies like hiking, sking, rowing or cycling, Functional Training helps your body perform at its best in real-life situations.

Personal Training Packages (In-Person) & Private Breathwork Pricing
All sessions are 45 minutes, valid for one full year and refundable for any reason.
Personal Training and Private Breathwork sessions share the same pricing and can be purchased as interchangeable packages — use your sessions for either service. Both onsite and virtual breathwork options are available at the same rate.
2-Session Package — $60 per session — $120 total
6-Session Package — $55 per session — $330 total
12-Session Package — $50 per session — $600 total
A. Description
A foundational coaching plan designed to help clients build consistency, learn proper technique, and develop a healthier rhythm with structured guidance and accountability.
Workouts are completed independently by the client, with structured programming, check-ins, and ongoing accountability provided virtually.
B. Program Requirement
Clients must complete two in-person personal training sessions before beginning the membership:
- Establish baseline mobility and movement patterns
- Clarify goals and correct form
C. Includes
- One custom digital workout per week, delivered via G-doc or NASM app, tailored to client goals & lifestyle
- Two 15-minute virtual coaching sessions per month
- Ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments
D. Optional Add-Ons
Additional custom built, independently completed workouts — $25 each
Clients may add 1–4 additional workouts weekly depending on goals
Example of a 3 day per week workout
$149 base + 2 at $25 = $199 monthly cost
